Church Work

My church organ work is closely modelled on the quality of such builders as Henry Willis and Harrison & Harrison, and after studying classic examples of their work, such as at the Royal Albert Hall and Ely Cathedral.

Work undertaken ranged from tuning contracts, through overhauls, electrifications and complete rebuilds. Some organs have been re-located or enlarged. Sub-contract work was done on occasions, notably in Leicester Square.

I never secured a contract for an entirely new church organ, but a number of new mechanical organ commissions were completed - see New Organs.
