Every pipe fine tuned and regulated. However, the Organ Builder will not be responsible for any subsequent derangement of mechanism or windchests caused by changes in the standards or methods of heating the building.

RESTORATION During restoration work and work on historical instruments all replacements to be as close a match as possible to the original, and all external cleaning confined to essential work; accidental marking of casework etc. to be meticulously avoided.
FACILITIES During the carrying out of the work clients will provide all reasonable facilities for the storage of parts when dismantled and protection against damage; also the free use of electricity, water and heating as available and required in connection with the carrying out of the work and the reasonable comfort of the craftsmen. Complete quietness is required in the building while tuning and regulating is in progress.
